  • Each building is staffed with their own Coordinator

  • Working with BOCES and the National Center for Community Schools Children’s Aid Society on a Strategic planning for the district and CSC 

    • Started this process over the summer with building principal and coordinators

    • Each building and levels set a SMART goal for the year and we will be meeting quarterly to continue the strategic planning work.
