Union-Endicott Central School District is moving from paper form to an online process for requesting facility usage.
All school-related activities shall be given first priority in the use of District facilities.
Please preview the training video, Community Use of District Facilities, create an account and create your request.
All required documentation must be on file and up to date.
Register for a new account here.
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon to the right. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video and Quick Start Guide links to the lower left will provide additional information.

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the icon to the right to reach the Login screen. The video and Quick Start Guide links to the lower left will further explain the reservation process

All non-UE school organizations must complete/upload the Indemnification Language form at the time of the request

Complete the form and have it notarized.
Scan the form to your own email/computer.
Upload the form in the Additional Files Location on the Group Information screen
Name it = Indemnity Form
