Here are the daily announcements for today, 11/20/24:

•Picture re-take day at JFS is scheduled for December 3rd.

•The popcorn from the Pitstop Popcorn Fundraiser will be available for pickup today, Wednesday, November 20th from 2:30 to 3:30 in the JFS Main Lobby.
Students with smaller orders may go to Room 131 during 9th period to get their popcorn.
If you are unable to pick up the popcorn on Wednesday, please reach out and we can make other arrangements.

•The JFS Chess Club will meet on Monday, December 9th in Room 216 from 2:20-3:00pm. New members are always welcome, and students must have their own transportation home.

•Winter Enrichment signups are due today. Please check out the JFS announcements google classroom for more information and a list of all the classes The deadline to sign up is on November 20th. Transportation home is provided.

•The House Committee Meeting is cancelled for today. See Mrs. Garrehy for more information.

•Key club will be meeting today, Wednesday, November 20th from 2:20PM-3:15PM in room 138. Bring a friend!

•All JFS students looking for volunteer hours. There is a Harvest Fest on Saturday, November 23rd. We plan to have a dance party room there. If you would like to volunteer, please stop by Ms. Gartman's room, room 305, or Mrs. Garrehy's room, room 219.

•Boys modified basketball will be hosting open gym on Fridays from 3:30PM-4:45PM in addition to Monday and Wednesday starting today. There will be open gym tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20th, and Friday, November 22nd, as well as the same days the following week. Please bring athletic shoes and have a ride home, see Coach Leombrone in room 262 with any further questions.

•Attention 7th and 8th grade girls interested in modified girl's basketball! There will be open gym from 2:45-4pm in the JFS Main Gym today, Wednesday, November 20th and Thursday, November 21st. Please make sure you have a ride home. See Ms. Krause in Room 313 with any questions.
