Yearbook Picture Protocol Info Sheet

Seniors...please schedule a time to have your senior pictures taken. You'll look great in the yearbook!! Remember, all pictures must meet the requirements. No outdoor pictures and only head and shoulder shots. We recommend that you have Upstate Images take your "free" yearbook image, but you are welcome to use a private photographer.

Senior portraits are due by November 1st.

Specs:

• 300 DPI resolution in jpeg format

• 2 3/8” x 3 1/8” size photo; head size 1 ½” – top of hair (head) to chin

• Vertical format with plain backgrounds preferred in either blue or gray; no outdoor background

• Full Color only; no toning filters/trendy effects

• No head gear or hands can be showing in the picture

• A digital submission via email is preferred, but we will also accept a CD or flashdrive.

• DEADLINE DATES: Studios should send all senior photos no later than November 1st, 2024. Please send to dnoyes@uek12.org

Seniors....start looking for those baby pictures to display in the yearbook, as well as Before & After pictures. The Before and After section is two pictures...one from childhood and one from recent times. The deadline to turn them in is November 1st. Please email pictures to Mrs. Noyes or you may bring in hard copies that will be scanned. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Email pictures to dnoyes@uek12.org.
