During the summer, UEHS teacher Andrea Folli has been working with one of her students, Lucian, to provide him with additional learning opportunities.
One such experience was with the Endicott Fire Department. Fire Marshall Botsford and Firefighter Flynn showed Lucian the equipment they use for fighting fires and rescuing people. Lucian also rode around the block in the fire truck. He especially enjoyed seeing the lights and getting to hear the horn. He even honked it! Thank you very much to these firefighters who took the time to teach us how they serve the community in which we live.
